Karl Dawson, EFT Master and Founder of Matrix Reimprinting believes we are traumatized when an event occurs that in some way threatens our survival and makes us feel powerless. I love Robert’s words. I find them to be true as I help many clients break out of depression with the awesome tool, Faster EFT. Frequently the sad state of depression stems from old masked experiences, memories or beliefs. The One Command & Commanding Wealth Circles

A couple of years ago, I was introduced to The One Command, a revolutionary six -step process that made quality improvements in my life. Consequently, I read Asara Lovejoy’s book, The One Command, in which she shares her uplifting true story of how she discovered the secret of The One Command at a time when she was in dire need of help because she had no savings or income and needed to pay her mortgage. Asara found a remarkable way to solve problems and in her book she shares the details of this gift so that others can more easily make their dreams come true.

The process started working so well for me that I traveled to Carlsbad, CA to attend classes with Asara’s co‑founder, Katherine Perry, earning my certification as a One Command practitioner. I then completed further studies under Katie Garnett, Ph.D. in Arizona, earning my certification as a Commanding Wealth Circle® facilitator. I have been blessed by the ways these incredible gifts have not only changed my life but also allowed me to assist others in changing their lives. Both courses of study have enhanced my Well-Being and Abundance services, which also include Life Coaching, Faster EFT, NLP, Matrix Reimprinting, Hypnosis and Reiki.

One of the most powerful and sustaining gifts of The One Command® is Commanding Wealth Circles. During the Circles, which I facilitate every Wednesday night at my office in Florence, KY, like‑minded people gather to experience and track the life-enhancing results of our group effort. The Circles allow people the opportunity to practice and learn more about the six-step process each week. We help each other form our personal commands and then I guide the group through the six steps. We then use the group’s energy to support each other in personal advancement. Old Beliefs

Lately I have been sitting in gratitude over the freedom I know because I have let go of several old beliefs that no longer serve me. It is amazing how I’ve lived many days of my life standing by beliefs I never thought to question. Some were passed down to me during childhood, some through young adulthood experiences and others were formed by some unpleasant events in my life. In my 30’s if anyone would have told me that one day I would lift appreciation over being in misery, I would have laughed. Today I am not laughing because misery is one of the feelings that nudges me to take a look at old beliefs that make me miserable. I send appreciation to a treasured friend/practitioner who helped me by using Faster EFT and Matrix Reimprinting. Both tools helped me discover and release old beliefs that were adding gloom to my life. Replacing old, untrue beliefs with my inner truths allowed bouts of freedom to flow in. How nice it is to know more freedom and peace. Likewise, my heart dances with joy when I help my clients release old beliefs that no longer serve them. We really can change our lives.
